Now, let's move on to the top three sales reps. You can see that the dashboard automatically identifies the top ers. If there are any changes in the sales data, the highlighting will update accordingly. Similarly, you can also identify the bottom three ers. Previously, without this formatting and condition, the dashboard used to look cluttered and time-consuming to analyze. But now, it's so much easier to find meaningful insights. Let me show you how to create this employee ance dashboard in just a few clicks. To create graphs for individual ance, you can start by copying the data from the previous chart to a new location using a simple formula "= cell reference".
